Limitless worked with us to demo an existing roof deck and install a new one on a commercial property. They finished the job on time, were very responsive to all our questions along the way, and their quality of work was excellent. It was expensive, but that’s sort of the nature of commercial work that involves a lot of permit/regulation wrangling. Highly recommend!

The entire Limitless team were so easy to work with! From Chris’ first visit to bid the job, to all of Mari’s up-to-the-minute communications and Jeff’s project management of the actual construction – they all made this project so smooth. The only delays were because of our HOA and the township and Mari took care of every piece of that process for us. The finished deck is beautiful and I can’t recommend Limitless highly enough!

We ended up postponing doing a deck for a while because of a family situation, but I wanted to speak towards the quoting process. We contacted multiple contractors to give quotes. One no-call no-showed. One took forever to get in contact or return the quote. And one quoted an EXORBITANT amount of money. Almost 3-4x anyone else. For a pretty basic deck.

Chris was professional and his quote was in the area of what two others quoted. The quote was easy to understand and broken down for us much better than the company randomly wanting 3x as much. He was responsive and on time for anything scheduled. I believe it was Mari that followed up few months later, without being pushy at all.

So while I can’t speak to the construction side, if you’re sick of flakey deck contractors, or have sticker shock from a quote coming back literally higher than an entire third story addition for a house, I recommend reaching out.

We used Limitless for a new composite deck and could not be happier! After dealing with many project disasters over the years, I was completely blown away by how professional and smooth the whole process was of getting the deck.

From the plans to the permitting and through the construction, Chris and Mari kept us updated and informed. All of their people showed up when they said they would (!) and built a beautiful deck for us. I wish I could use them for every project!
